Casco Systems was founded by Kevin Mahoney in 2001 as the “Control & Automation Solutions Company.” Since our inception we have grown to offer integration, automation, communication, protection & control systems to clients in the electric power delivery, generation and industrial markets throughout North America.
On January 1, 2021 Casco was acquired by Electrical Consultant’s Inc. (ECI). Under ECI’s banner the Casco team will continue to provide a full range of protection, integration, and automation engineering services as “Casco Systems , a
division of Electrical Consultants, Inc.” Casco & ECI provide engineering, commissioning & construction services to many of the same clients. Casco brings deep industry-leading IEC-61850 design, integration, protection, and cyber security expertise to benefit ECI’s wide range of utility and energy customers. ECI's project service disciplines include survey, right-of-way and environmental & permitting to support a full complement of substation, renewable energy and power distribution design services.
Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) is a leading power delivery & generation service provider to the utility, energy and manufacturing industries in North America. With this acquisition ECI now boasts over 700 employees in 20+ offices nationwide. The integration of Casco with ECI is the most recent of ECI’s multi-step initiative to advance their presence, relationships, and services along the Eastern Seaboard. This acquisition brings together teams that share ECI’s established culture of “Relentless Dedication to Optimum Quality and Timeliness.”
